Policies

Students must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson; otherwise, the full lesson fee will be charged.

All services include pick up and drop off from your location (within a 15 minute drive). Prices may change depending on the student’s location.

All lessons are to be paid upfront or as you attend. If you choose a pay-as-you-go method, package discounts are applied on the last lesson of the package.

In the case that you choose to pay as you go, we require payment for one lesson in advance.

To get the Road Test Package, the students must take at least one driving lesson with us before their road test so that we can evaluate their driving skills to ensure the student is ready for their road test.

Service includes the areas of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Anmore.

All lessons will be individual, one-on-one unless both the instructor and student agree to an additional person being in the car and their reason for being there.

Late show:
If you are under 10 minutes late, you will receive the balance of your scheduled lesson and be charged for the full lesson. If you are late beyond 10 minutes, the instructor will leave and you will be charged for the full lesson fees.

Refunds:

• There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
• Refunds will be paid for unused lesson(s) provided notice is received by the school 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson(s).
• For refunds on packages, lessons used will be charged at the individual driving lesson rate of $100.
